Hi, I’m Kas. I help people make sense of anxiety by exploring what has shaped them, what they are carrying now, and how they want to live.
Our work connects past and present, supports the nervous system, and offers steadiness and direction when things feel overwhelming. I have particular experience working with people in the entertainment and creative industries, including cast, crew, and performers, where pressure, uncertainty, and visibility can quietly take a toll.
You don’t need to be in crisis to get in touch. Sometimes it’s simply about having a steady place to slow down, untangle what’s happening inside, and feel more grounded in yourself.
